Retail spaces for rent in Tunari Shopping Center, the future shopping centre to be developed on Calea Bucuresti, at the Tunari’s entrance from Bucharest.

The scheme is located and is provided with direct access from the roundabout located at the city’s entrance, next to the bridge over the ring road that provides direct connection to northern Bucharest (Pipera Boulevard), respectively at 500 meters from the entry/exit to the ring road.

The area has a mixed use profile and has recorded a significant development, started 20 years ago with industrial buildings and other functions such as AMC Karting along the ring road, that continued with retail (Lidl, Penny Market) and new residential stock delivered over the last 10 years.

The car access is excellent, both from Tunari area, as well as from northern Bucharest (Pipera residential area) and the ring road.

Tunari Shopping Center is planned to become the main shopping destination in Tunari, to deliver 6,300 sq m GLA of shops along the ground floor and the 1st floor.

The scheme is anchored by Auchan Supermarket, located at the ground floor, and follows to have a varied mix of sectors and international / local retailers.

The scheme is served by 220 parking spaces, out of which 190 located underground and 30 placed outside. A 300 sq m LED screen will dominate the main facade towards the roundabout, providing visibility and promotion for the retail tenants.

The opening of Tunari Shopping Center is planned for Q4 2027.
