The public transport is represented by bus stops located opposite the building, respectively at only 2-minutes walk.
Arossa Center is a mixed project that includes two buildings: building C1 with office and retail units to let, respectively building C2 with apartments for sale.
The commercial building (C1) has direct frontage to Trandafirilor Square and is developed along lower ground floor, ground floor and 4 upper floors, having a total of 1,205 sq m GLA. The office spaces have a total of 785 sq m GLA (floors 1-4), with a current floor area of 229 sq m.
The project includes 1,012 sq m of retail units, located at the lower ground floor and ground floors of both buildings (C1 & C2).
Arossa Center is provided with a total of 35 parking spaces, placed underground and exterior. The project is already under construction, having delivery planned for the 2nd half of 2020.
