AFI TECH Park is one of the main office projects under planning in the central area of Bucharest. The park is located in between Tudor Vladimirescu Boulevard and Progresului Road, across of the retail park Vulcan Value Center.
The park is placed at 2 km from Unirii Square and 1.4 km from the future metro station Academiei. It benefits from an easy access to George Cosbus Square and the junction with Calea 13 Septembrie, from where there is a direct connection with Unirii Square, Bucharest’s ground zero.
The public transport infrastructure includes tram stop (5 lines) in front of the park on Progresului Road, shuttle-bus line, respectively buses and trams in walking distance (G.Cosbus Square, Calea 13 Septembrie) with links to the metro stations.
AFI TECH Park includes 3 buildings of A-class standards, having 8-14 floors and a total of 71,500 sq m GLA. The park is planed to be developed in phases:
